Santa Catharina is a stone's throw from one of the most beautiful nature areas of Curacao: Sint Joris. This area is known for mountain biking, kite surfing, quad biking, running and horseback riding. One can also do some excellent fishing here. A visit to the Aloe farm or the Ostrich Farm? Within a few minutes you are on the spot. Would you like to go to one of the many beautiful beaches that Curacao has to offer? Within 10 minutes you are at Seaquarium Beach and Jan Thiel Beach. Supermarkets, shops and schools are all also easily accessible.

The resort offers its guests two comfortable bedrooms, both en suite, a spacious bungalow and a modern apartment. The bungalow features a large kitchen, separate bedroom and bathroom and a living area. The modern apartment has a kitchenette for cooking and a spacious bathroom.

All guests can relax outside around their room, in the tropical garden or at the pool. The beautiful garden has mature palm trees and many tropical plants. There is a large palapa with a large table where the different guests socialize and share their exciting Curacao adventures. The pool of nearly 100 cubic meters of water, has three parts spread over two levels so everyone has space.

Besides the guest accommodation this offer also includes a residence. This house consists of a ground floor with a spacious porch and a private garden area and an upstairs with 3 bedrooms. The house has a spacious living room with large American-style kitchen. The kitchen has a gas cooker and an electric oven. Upstairs are two spacious bedrooms with a large bathroom with jacuzzi. The third, spacious bedroom, is located at the front of the house.

Next to the house is the carport, followed by a large storage room and laundry room


The resort is situated on a large plot of 1760 m2 property land. There are 18 solar panels installed for cheap electricity. The pool pump runs on four separate panels. There is a deep well used for the pool and garden watering. There is both 110 and 220 voltage present. All bedrooms have air conditioners installed and there is even one installed in the living room of the bungalow. There are 4 guest parking spaces and two private parking spaces on site and on the street there is always plenty of space for extra cars if you want to organize events. The site is accessed via automatic sliding gates.

In total, the resort accommodate 8 adult guests and three children, the main residence is not included in this count. There is optionally place to expand.
