This unique hospitality location is part of the new, yet to be realized, Art Hotel and is located in the hip Pietermaai district right on the Caribbean Sea. Designed by design studio Piet Boon, the Art Hotel will consist of 39 rooms.

A luxury restaurant will be realized on the first floor of the hotel for rental purposes (e.g. a luxury Italian restaurant or Seafood restaurant).

The Studio Boon team is responsible for the interior design of the public areas, restaurant, hotel rooms and penthouses of the Art Hotel.

All this taking into account the monumental status of the building. The Art Hotel consists of 2 types of buildings: a monumental building and a new building built around the monumental part. Part of the exterior was designed by local VIP Architects.

The area of the restaurant is approximately 727 m2. The back of the restaurant has a beach with a great view of the Caribbean Sea.

The restaurant will be delivered casco, so basic connections. The windows and window frames will be installed, however doors and furnishing, kitchen, etc. will be for the account of the tenant.
The concept and furnishing must be submitted to studio Piet Boon. In consultation, landlord will adjust the basic connections accordingly.

Pool area will be done by landlord. Tiles on the floor continue on BGG. Floor in front hardwood if desired/negotiable. Does not apply to terrace. Old Winckelmans tiles will be used there in accordance with all other properties.

The hotel and restaurant are expected to be ready beginning April 2024.
