THE NEIGHBORHOODS OF CURACAO: CORAL ESTATE
The tropical name Coral Estate, of this neighborhood located on the west side of Curacao, promises a lot of good for the living environment. And indeed, from every home here you have a view of the azure blue sea. Of course there is a coral reef on your doorstep.
Do you want to live in peace and quiet and a stone’s throw from the most beautiful beaches of Curacao? Coral Estate is then an ideal place. Coral Estate is a so-called ‘gated community’, a neighborhood where you can only enter if you have reported to security. If you own your own house, you have a pass for the barrier. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped and natural infrastructure, you can choose from a wide range of luxurious detached villas with sea views and private swimming pools. With the Caribbean Sea on the south-west side and the salina (inland lake) on the north-east side, Resort Coral Estate offers many green, spacious plots.
On the inland lake you can kite surf at Kitejungle and on Coral Estate itself you can go deep sea diving at Coral Divers and of course fantastic snorkeling.

The resort is located near the town of St. Willibrordus, where one can use its large church as a landmark to go to several other beaches such as Porto Marie, Cas Abao, Daaibooi, Grote Knip and Kleine Knip to further enjoy paradise. Coral Estate is located on the spot where the Rif St. Marie plantation was located until the 19th century, a plantation that grew tobacco, sugar cane and indigo and had more than 300 horned cattle sheep in grazers.
Coral Estate is only a 20-minute drive from Hato airport.
