The site currently has five landscaped parking spaces, but there may be many more cars parked with a little creativity.

At the rear of the property there is a plot that also belongs to the offering, with a private entrance to the Curacaostraat. This plot can be used to build, for example, apartments or an extension to the present building. Currently it is a nice courtyard / terrace and it is paved with bricks.
