You can relax on the balcony which is covered. Enjoy the sunrise on a lounge seat and maybe you can see some dolphins swim by. If the sun bothers you too much on the balcony and you like more shade, you can adjust the sun screen by just using the remote control.

The living room is next to the balcony so you easily walk in and out whenever you like. It has a very cozy feeling.

Then there is the open kitchen with an island and the most modern durable equipment you can imagine. There is a Subzero refrigerator, a Miele dishwasher and so on.
